Being a big traveler I have eaten at about 50 different chipotles This one is mainly like most food is amazing but them employes are not my favorite I've had a few problems with employees being disinterested in my order, attitude ect. I must say there is one who will tell every customer "sorry were closed get out" I found that joke rather annoying after the 5th time of hearing it

I never leave 5 stars, because there is always room for improvement. But this restaurant not need much improvement. This is perfect for Saturday night at 6:30. The staff are nice. Food is great. It's a nice-looking modern restaurant. I've been to this restaurant many times in several different locations not all taste same but this is the best chipotle have ever been to. I really recommend their hard tacos and burrito bowl. Don't get the hard tacos if you're going to carry out don't travel well

Two words for you, mmmm, mm! I always enjoy my chipotle experiences and this one was no different. The staff was attentive and helpful. I was even told to have a nice day twice!! By the same person! Although my friend had an incident with some salt in her eye from a chip I would still recommend this location. Cheers!

This literally only the third time I've ever been to a Chipotle. The bowls are excellent. I find that it's just easier to eat and way less filling. Really enjoyed the carnitas and the chicken. Haven't had any other meat so I can't comment on those. I also tried the guacamole today and I seriously don't understand what all the hype is about. It's just ok. Very salty and lacking in flavor.

This place is absolutely one of our stables. The food is always fresh, delicious and filling. I can feed our family at only a dollar or two more than McDonalds drive thru and not feel sick later! The chips are fresh and the mild sauce has just enough kick to warn you but the seasoning keeps you going back for more. The staff at this location tends to be fun loving and speedy. Highly recommended!!! Anywhere, anytime!

No GMOs!!! I absolutely love to make my own bowl/burrito with out doing all the cooking :) best guacamole hands down unless u make it your self!!! Everything is super fresh! Vegetarian option is nice too. A place where everyone can find something. Kids chance a make your own taco kit.. Sid or hard shells. The staff is so friendly and really quick. You can ask for small tortillas on the side like I do... And double up on the meat for a mid night snack!

This is for yesterday of 6/10/15, They should earn ZERO stars! The main reason why they are truly the worst crew ever in my life! There was NOOOOOO white rice! I asked for white rice. The lady said we dont have white rice and we dont serve any white rice ever. What?????? I never heard a such thing! I demanded to speak to the manager and she said manager isnt in today. What????? This is the worst chipotle location and truly an embarrassment to the company. I am Considering calling the headquarters to get this crew kicked in the arse! They truly tainted the CHIPOTLE brand! I don't think I ever will go back there for the rest of my life and continue attend to Altamonte Springs, they rock! Hey manager of this location, you should be ashamed! This is gonna leave a mark!

I frequent this chipotle at least twice a week and usually don't have a problem. But tonight I ordered on line then went to pick it up. I knew was early for my pick up but figured I'd at least pay and wait for it to be done. When I got to the cashier the women just looked at me and said I was early with so much attitude that was unnecessary. I explained that I knew that and I didn't mind waiting. She then rolls her eyes. I got home with my food and it's the worst chipotle I've ever had in my life. All I could taste in my veggie burrito was salt. Idk if it was in the rice or what but I could only eat a few bites. It's really unfortunate that the experience was so crappy because like I said I eat here twice a week. But I guess my money isn't good enough for this cashier.

In the grand scheme of Chipotle's this one is average. The service was pretty bad when they first opened, but I think that was mostly due to the ridiculous amount of people that came at one time in the first few weeks of opening. Since then it had improved and the staff is quite friendly. My one complaint is the fajita vegetables are never, ever, fully cooked. Who wants raw green peppers on their burrito bowl? Despite that I keep going back because, thank the gods there is a place to cure my burrito bowl craving near my house!

So happy to see that they have added tofu to their menu. It is very tasty and a little on the spicy side which is awesome. The staff has always provided fast and friendly service each time that I visit the Mt. Dora location.

Grand Opening was in Sept 2013. Friendly staff, extremely clean and inexpensive (food chain so prices the same everywhere). Can eat in or take out. Drive through even available. Food is amazing. Menus provide full scale nutrition facts so you know your calories, proteins, transfats, sugars, etc. Definitely recommend!!

Food here is great! I ate here on vacation and must say, chipotle is the best chain restaurant around. The prices are moderate and you definitely get a good portion. The entire staff is always extremely outgoing, helpful, and friendly. I definitely recommend adding guacamole to your meal, it's worth it. If you are looking for somewhere quick and easy, but also don't want to question what is in your food, this is the perfect place. You can definitely trust the ingredients here and the food being natural.
